Terms of Service

Effective version — in force from 8 September 2026 (v1.0).

1. Who we are

Orralis is the trading name of Orralis For Design Services, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We sell internationally through orralislab.com.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Orralis” mean Orralis For Design Services. “You” means the business buying the website.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you buy a Launch, Growth or Authority website from orralislab.com or from our UAE edition, orralis.ae (including its Arabic pages).

By paying, you accept these terms. Together with your paid package, the confirmation email we send you, and anything we agree in writing afterwards, they are the whole agreement between us. If something in a written scope document we both sign contradicts these terms, the scope document wins for that project.

We may change these terms for future purchases. The version live on the site on the day you paid is the version that governs your project.

3. What each package includes

What you get is exactly what is listed on the package card at the time you buy. In summary:

Launch — USD 269. A professional one-page website, 2 business email accounts, mobile-first responsive design, WhatsApp integration, contact and enquiry setup, technical SEO foundations, and fast, secure deployment.

Growth — USD 2,449. A strategic multi-page website of up to 10 pages, 5 business email accounts, custom UX/UI direction, a conversion-focused structure, a project and portfolio showcase, advanced enquiry and WhatsApp journeys, advanced local SEO setup, technical SEO and structured data, and analytics and conversion tracking.

Authority — USD 6,799. A bespoke digital strategy, 10 business email accounts, a fully custom website and development, advanced UX/UI and art direction, an advanced case study system, premium motion and interactions, advanced SEO architecture, content and messaging direction, advanced analytics and conversion tracking, a scalable content structure, and priority strategy and support.

Prices are shown in your local currency on the pricing page and charged in the currency shown at checkout. The USD figures above are the reference prices every other currency is set from — see section 8.

Every package also includes hosting, a domain name and business email for the first year — see section 11.

Not included in any package, unless we agree it in writing and you pay for it separately: photography and videography, copywriting beyond the messaging direction listed in your package, paid advertising, logo design or a full brand identity, ongoing content updates after launch, e-commerce, booking systems, customer portals or logins, translation, and paid stock images, fonts or third-party plugin licences.

Anything you ask for that is not on your package card is a change request. We will quote it in writing before we start it.

4. What you give us, and by when

We cannot build your website without your material. To start, we need:

We will contact you within 1 business day of your payment to collect all of this — that is the same promise the receipt email makes.

Please send everything within 7 calendar days of paying.

If your content is not complete, your project pauses and waits for you. It is not cancelled and your payment stays credited to it. If we hear nothing at all for 60 days we may archive the project. You can restart it at any time within 12 months of your payment, free of charge. After those 12 months the amount you paid stays credited to the same package at its then-current price — there is no reactivation fee, and none of this affects your statutory rights.

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us — text, logos, photographs and video. You are responsible for that material being accurate, legal and not infringing anyone else’s rights.

5. The 48 hours (Launch only)

Eligible Launch websites can go live in as little as 48 hours. That is a real promise, and here is exactly what it depends on.

The clock starts when all of the following are true — not when you pay:

  1. Payment has cleared.
  2. You have sent every item in section 4, complete and usable.
  3. Your content fits a one-page Launch website without restructuring.
  4. Your domain is available to us — either you have bought it and given us DNS access, or you have asked us to register it for you and it is not held up by a registry check.
  5. You are available to review and approve within one business day.

The 48 hours are calendar hours, not working hours. They run from the moment all five conditions are true. If that happens after 18:00 or on a non-working day, the clock starts at 9:00 on the next working day; the clock pauses whenever we are waiting on you.

We are waiting on you when content is missing, when an approval is outstanding, or when we do not yet have domain or DNS access. Our working day is Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), excluding UAE public holidays. We work with clients in every time zone, but the studio runs on Gulf Standard Time and the clock is measured there.

48 hours applies to Launch only. Growth, Authority and any bespoke or e-commerce work run to a written schedule we agree with you before design begins, based on scope.

If we miss 48 hours and the delay is genuinely ours, tell us and we will add one extra page to your website free of charge (a paid add-on otherwise — AED 350, see section 11).

6. Revisions

Design is collaborative, and we expect to change things.

Your package includes rounds of revisions on the design, all within the scope we agreed: Launch 2 rounds, Growth 5 rounds and Authority 15 rounds.

A round means you collect all your comments and send them to us together, once. We then make those changes. Comments sent in separate messages over several days count as separate rounds, so please gather them first.

Revisions cover refinements to the design we have presented — copy, images, colours, spacing, section order. They do not cover a change of direction after you have approved a design, a new page or section that is not in your package, or a change to your brand or business positioning. Those are change requests under section 3, quoted in writing.

If you need more rounds than your package includes, we quote them in writing before we start them, and you decide whether to go ahead. We never bill you for a round you have not agreed.

7. Approval, launch and acceptance

We will show you the design before we build it, and the finished website before it goes live.

When we send work for approval, please reply within 5 business days with either your approval or your consolidated comments. If we do not hear from you within that window, we send you a written reminder. If we still hear nothing for a further 5 business days after that reminder, we will treat the stage as approved so the project can move on — but this never limits section 15: if we later got something wrong, we still fix it.

Once your website is live and you have confirmed it, the project is complete.

After launch we will fix any bug, broken link or display fault in the work we built, free of charge, for 30 days. This is separate from your statutory rights: if the website is not what we agreed, we will put it right, and if we cannot, you are entitled to a refund of all or part of what you paid (UAE Law 15/2020, Art. 10(2), and the equivalent consumer protection in your own country). Nothing in these terms takes that away.

8. Payment terms and currency

orralislab.com sells in a number of currencies. The pricing page shows a currency selector; you are charged in the currency displayed on the button you click, and the amount on that button is the amount Stripe charges. We set each currency’s price ourselves rather than converting at a live exchange rate, so the figure you see does not move between the pricing page and the checkout.

Your bank may still apply its own foreign-exchange or cross-border fee if the currency you pay in is not your card’s currency. That fee is between you and your bank; we never see it and cannot refund it.

Launch — USD 269: paid in full at checkout. This is what the website does today: you pay online by card and work begins.

Growth — USD 2,449 and Authority — USD 6,799. These are scoped on a call, then confirmed in a written proposal that states the deliverables, the timeline and the price. Nothing is due until you accept that proposal.

Proposal-based projects are paid 50% on booking and 50% before launch, as set out in your written proposal. The 50% booking payment starts the work; the balance is due before the site goes live. If you would rather settle the whole amount at once, you can pay in full by card using the “Already scoped with us? Pay now” link on the pricing page — that button charges 100% of the published package price, which is why we only point buyers we have already quoted at it.

We accept card payments through Stripe. We do not store your card details — see the Privacy Notice.

If a balance payment is more than 14 days late, we may pause work and keep the site on a staging address until it is paid.

9. Prices, taxes and promotions

VAT. Orralis is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged — the price you see is the price you pay. You receive a Stripe invoice and receipt by email — your proof of payment. If we ever become registered, we will say so here and on the pricing page before it affects anything you buy.

Any import duty, sales tax or withholding your own country applies to this purchase is yours to settle. We cannot advise you on it.

Promotions. We do not run price promotions. Our prices are flat list prices: we never show a struck-through “was” price, a countdown or a discount claim. The limit of three Launch projects a week is a genuine production capacity limit, not a promotional offer — it exists because that is how many Launch builds we can deliver properly in a week, and the price is the same whether the week is empty or full.

We may change our prices at any time. A change never affects a project you have already paid for.

10. Who owns the website

We want this to be unambiguous, because it is one of the main reasons businesses choose us.

Your domain is yours. We register it in your company’s name, with you as the registrant and owner, and we give you the registrar login. It is not held in an Orralis account. You can move it whenever you like.

Your content is yours. Everything you gave us — logos, text, photographs, video — stays yours. You give us permission to use it to build, launch and support your site, and (unless you tell us not to) to show your finished website in our portfolio and case studies.

Your website is yours once you have paid in full. On final payment, we assign to you the design, layout and page content we created for your project. You can host it wherever you want, and you can have another developer work on it.

What stays ours. Our underlying tools, code libraries, components, templates and general know-how remain ours. We reuse them across projects — that is why we are fast and affordable. You get a permanent, worldwide, royalty-free licence to keep using them as part of your website, but you cannot extract them and resell them as a product or template.

Before full payment, the work is licensed to you for review only and stays ours.

Handover. At any time after full payment, ask us and we will give you the site files, your domain registrar access, your hosting account details and your email accounts, free of charge, within 10 business days of your request. We do not hold a website hostage.

11. Year 1 is included — what happens in year 2

Every package includes, for the first 12 months from your launch date:

These are genuinely included in the price you paid. There is nothing extra to pay in year 1.

From month 13, these renew annually and are chargeable. They are not free forever, and we would rather say that plainly now than surprise you later.

From month 13 hosting renews annually at AED 99 (Launch), AED 199 (Growth) or AED 299 (Authority); business email is AED 150 per mailbox per year, and your domain renews at its extension rate — .ae AED 270 · .com AED 150 · .online AED 110 · .tech AED 200 per year (other extensions on request).

A Launch site on a .ae domain with 2 mailboxes renews at AED 99 + 270 + 2 × 150 = AED 669 per year. Renewals are quoted and billed in AED, whatever currency you bought your package in, and they are charged through your client portal — not as a card subscription. Nothing is ever auto-charged.

Extras, if you want them. An additional page is AED 350 one-time. Mailbox storage upgrades are 5 GB AED 17 · 20 GB AED 22 · 50 GB AED 33 per mailbox per month, prepayable for 12 months no discount · 24 months 10% off · 48 months 20% off. These are ordered from your client portal and are never added without you asking.

How renewal works. We will email you at least 30 days before your first year ends, with the price and the renewal date. You then choose one of three things:

  1. Renew with us — you pay and everything continues without interruption.
  2. Take it over yourself — we hand you the domain, the site files and your email accounts, and you host it wherever you like. Free of charge (section 10).
  3. Do nothing — if we have not heard from you and have not been paid by the renewal date, we will send you 2 reminders and then allow a further 14 days of grace before hosting stops. We will keep a backup of your site for 90 days so nothing is lost while you decide.

We never auto-charge a card for renewal without asking you first.

12. Services we use to run your website

We build on established platforms rather than inventing our own. Your website depends on:

These providers have their own terms, and their service levels are theirs, not ours. We choose them carefully and we manage them for you, but we are not responsible for an outage or a policy change at a provider that is outside our control. If a provider fails you badly, we will help you move.

If your package includes analytics or conversion tracking (Growth and Authority), we will tell you which tool we are installing and, where it uses cookies or your visitors are in the UK or the EU, we will set up the consent banner your site needs.

13. What we can and cannot promise

We promise to build your website to the scope of the package you bought, with care and professional skill, and to make it work properly on mobile, tablet and desktop.

We include strong technical SEO foundations — semantic structure, metadata, structured data, sitemaps and performance work, depending on your package. We cannot promise rankings. No one can. Google decides what ranks, and it changes constantly. Anyone who guarantees you a position is guessing.

We cannot promise a specific number of enquiries, leads or sales. Your website is a tool; results also depend on your market, your pricing, your reputation and what you do with it.

We cannot promise uninterrupted uptime — that depends on hosting providers, domain registries and the internet. We will keep your site running and fix what we can.

14. If something goes wrong

If we cause you a loss, our total responsibility for your project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.

We are not responsible for lost profits, lost business, lost data or lost opportunity, or for anything caused by material you gave us, by changes someone else made to your site, or by a third-party provider failing.

Two things this limit does not do. It does not remove any obligation the law places on us and does not release us from responsibility to you — a term that tried to do that would be void anyway (Cabinet Decision 66/2023, Art. 34), and consumer law in your own country may say the same. And it does not apply to fraud or to anything the law does not allow us to limit.

15. Cancelling and refunds

Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy is a separate page and forms part of these terms. Read it before you buy — it is short.

In brief: cancel within 24 hours of paying and you get 100% of your money back — we absorb the card-processing fee. The only sum ever deducted is the cost of a domain we had already registered at your request, at the published price of that extension and nothing more; the domain stays yours. After those 24 hours, or once we have delivered the first design, we do not refund a change of mind. If we cannot deliver what you paid for, you get your money back. If the work is not what we agreed, we will put it right or refund you in whole or in part, as the law requires (UAE Law 15/2020, Art. 10(2)).

16. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and will not share it with anyone except the providers listed in section 12 and the Privacy Notice, or where the law requires it. We ask the same of you regarding our proposals and pricing.

17. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most things are solved in an email. If we cannot resolve it between us, the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have under the consumer protection law of the country you live in, or your right to bring a claim in your local courts where that law gives you one.

We reply within 1 business day. Our hours are Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 GST · excluding UAE public holidays.
