The package you choose, exactly as listed on its card. Anything not on the card is a change request we'll quote before starting.
Your logo, company details, services and any project photos, within 7 calendar days of payment. We email you within 1 business day of payment to collect it, Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00 GST. The 48-hour Launch delivery starts when your content is complete, not when you pay.
You are charged in the currency shown on the card — pick yours in the selector above the packages. Orralis is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged — the price you see is the price you pay. You receive a Stripe invoice and receipt by email — your proof of payment. Your own country may charge import tax or duty on services; that is outside our control.
Hosting, your domain and your business email are included for 12 months. From month 13 hosting renews annually at AED 99 (Launch), AED 199 (Growth) or AED 299 (Authority); business email is AED 150 per mailbox per year, and your domain renews at its extension rate — .ae AED 270 · .com AED 150 · .online AED 110 · .tech AED 200 per year (other extensions on request). A Launch site on a .ae domain with 2 mailboxes renews at AED 99 + 270 + 2 × 150 = AED 669 per year. Renewals are billed in AED via your client portal, never as a card subscription — we email you 30 days before. If you'd rather take it elsewhere we hand everything over free — the domain is registered in your name from day one.
Launch is paid in full at checkout. Growth and Authority are scoped on a call first, then quoted in a written proposal: 50% on booking and 50% before launch, or in full by card if you prefer. Cards are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.
Cancel within 24 hours of paying and you get 100% back — we absorb the card-processing fee. The only thing ever deducted is a domain we had already registered at your request, at exactly what the registration cost. After that, or once we have delivered the first design, we don't refund a change of mind, but we keep working until it's right — and if we can't deliver what you paid for, or the work is not what we agreed, you get your money back in whole or in part.

A Launch website can go live in as little as 48 hours, and "eligible" means five things: your payment has cleared; you have sent complete, usable content; that content fits a one-page website without restructuring; your domain and DNS are available to us; and you can review and approve within one business day. The 48 hours run from the moment all five conditions are true — not from when you pay. If that happens after 18:00 or on a non-working day, the clock starts at 9:00 on the next working day; the clock pauses whenever we are waiting on you. Stripe confirms the payment and emails you an invoice and receipt, and we email you within 1 business day to collect everything we need to start: your logo, company details, services and any project photos. Nothing is designed until that content arrives, so the sooner you send it the sooner the build starts.
Yes. The domain is registered in your name from day one, and the finished website is yours. If you ever want to move it elsewhere we hand over the files and the domain free of charge — there is no lock-in and no exit fee.
